Good Morning everyone

I'm up early this morning  and went to bed early .

Cloudy  and 49 degrees here suppose to rain and thunderstorms today.

I did get the rest of the bushes trimmed yesterday now maybe I can keep them looking better .

Made it to the store for more bread and milk and a few other things.

I ordered some book shelves last week for Garner's room and they came Monday so guess I will try putting them together today.

My back is a bit stiff this morning but that will pass .I didn't take anything yesterday after cutting bushes back

So that's my on fault.

I still have more roses to cut back that will wait a while I got all the ones I was working on last week. Now get the small trailer up here and get all the piles of limbs loaded and hauled down to the woods.

Candy I Love cajun food too and I make a lot of it at times.

I like spicy but I'm the only one that likes the hot. So I try to please the others and then add the red pepper to mine.

I love the mexican food too and want  the red chilli  because it's the hotest.

Be safe traveling for appts today.

Norma glad all is well out your was .

Elly we are getting some fog not a lot .

Beth we are getting a lot of rain  and I stay in.

Spotted Wolf love the pictures you always find the best.

Wishing everyone a great day

Hello to all that follows

Hugs Liz

Good Morning, Everyone! It’s a tad warmer here today, so it will be a good day to stop along the Kemah Boardwalk to have a walk along the Boardwalk, and then have an early dinner at Joes’ Crab Shack. I am looking forward to this, and so is he. It is supposed to be 78 here today, so at least the weather will be nice for our walk. It will also be nice to get him out into some fresh air for a bit. We used to do that a lot more, and we haven’t done that in a lot of years. I am looking forward to this date.

Liz...Yes, they are telling us we should have scattered showers, so I hope that it does miss us. It’s supposed to be 78 today, and then go down to 49. Tomorrow is 50 with the night bringing 36. This is plain crazy!!! I am glad that you got the rest of your bushed trimmed. I know that bothers you when you can’t do that, and can see what needs to be done. Yes, I too need to get busy at that. Yes, we do tend to overdo things, once we get on a roll. Yes, Rob tends to get a little big of a tummy problem eating the Cajun food, but knows he can deal with it. He loves it, and in this area, there are many Cajun places to eat. We both have problems with the spice, but lately, his tastebuds are changing daily. Yes, I too love Mexican food, but it doesn’t like me. lol

Time to scoot!

Good morning everyone.

Not as cold today, but still cool.

Wasn't on yesterday, for my wife had some kind

of bug.  She seems OK today, but yesterday was bad.

Pork chops for lunch, with new potatoes and squash.

Still in Fort Apache.

Looks like we may have some sun, it's a lot brighter out there today than yesterday.

SW, those are nice little buildings..some out this look the same..they are tearing them all down and building mansions now...so sad.

Liz, glad you got the bushes cut and you go to the store.

The ladies came yesterday but there was nothing for them to do. I am trying to keep up with it myself..keeps me busy and not thinking all the time. I paid them the 40 I owed them and that's the end for now.

I got my floors washed, my rugs vacuumed and my sinks polished...granite needs special care so I give it to them.

Norma, good morning dear.

Elly, good morning to you too.

Well, I have nothing else to chat about so I will go for now.

take care and stay safe.

hugs to all.

xxxx

Good Afternoon, Everyone complains that we have fog every day. So depressing and not inviting to go out. Now there is a cold wind, wet snow is expected and the sun is shining. Yesterday I went to the cancer re-treatment house and I felt sicker by the minute. a Cold or something. Now I'm on vitamin C and so take an anti-flu tablet. I hope all those vaccinations and booster shots help too. No further news here. Yesterday I was happy to get out and see the other fellow sufferers. I wish you all a nice day. Take care and stay warm.

Good Morning everyone  It's cold here this morning and I didn't want to get up.

The sun is coming up and it's 25 degrees. It rained yesterday and was windy

Lots of storms around .

I stayed in all day yesterday  maybe it will warm up more today and I can get all the trimming out of

The yard .My yard will look a lot better when I finally get it all done.

Elly glad you got to get out for a bit.

I don't care for foggy weather but living where I do we  do get a lot of fog.

Beth glad you can get everything done alone now and that it keeps you busy.

Candy I hope you guys enjoyed your outing  and your dinner.

I still have more to get done in the yard but not when it's so cold or raining .I will get it done though.

Spotted wolf I love the pictures and hope your wife feels a lot better.

Norma how are things out your way?

Wishing everyone a great day

Good morning everyone.

Little warmer, but wet.

My wife is feeling much better, it seems

as if it was a short bug.

Pasta for lunch today.

And things draw to a close.

Until next time.

Good Afternoon, Everyone! Rob had his apt with Urology yesterday, and he checked Rob out. He said the prostate wasn’t any larger than it should be for his age, so that was good news. He is ordering a scan of some sort, and did some blood work, and gave him a script for yet another pill. He said since Rob is emptying his bladder better, this one will give him more notice to have to go, instead of RIGHT NOW. We left there and went to Kemah. We walked along the boardwalk, and the air was breezy a tad, but not bad. We then ate an early dinner, and the fish’n chips was even better there. The price was better as well. They took my $25 gift off my card, and the meal for both of us was 15 and some change. That worked for me. I liked the batter they put on this one, and it wasn’t as salty tasting and the Wharf was. We got home, and by the time we got here, Rob was shivering and shaking so bad, and had trouble getting comfy. He was rattling real bad to breathe as well. He decided to go to bed early, so I gave him a Bactrim before he went to sleep. He woke this morning, with not as much wheezing. So, I guess being out on the bay waters, sent him right over the edge. He just can’t catch a break.

We got up early this morning, and he was doing better, but still so drained. We had the Rheumatologist this morning, and she was a tad concerned about his numbers. His blood tests were showing infection, and when I got the totals on Tuesday, I knew it was coming back on him again. Dr Arora was super happy that his Pulmonary does make sure that he has the antibiotics. She asked why the Bactrim, so I told her that since he is on Amiodarone, he can’t take the z-pack. That then clicked on her, and she knew I was keeping up on things as well. We amaze her all the time, and she is thankful that we work so well together. She is taking him from 7.5 mgs of prednisone, down to 5 the next two weeks. Now she has put in a script of 1 mgs pills, and in two weeks we are supposed to take him down to 4. She is hoping that he will do well on it. She is also in fear of it and warned us that once you get down that low, your body tends to react, because it’s wanting the steroid. I promised to call her if there was anything wrong. She told him how proud of him she is, and then ordered a chest x-ray, that they do right in her office. That sure took a lot out of him. she is concerned that he may have infection in there.

Rob is back laying down, after eating something, and getting his pills into him. I made sure the doorbell ringer was right on his night table, and made sure he has water on it as well.

Just before I went to bed last night, I got an e-mail from PayPal, and after I sent my update of their e-mails, and said once again that they were the wrong thing as the advertisement, and pieces were also wrong and the items damaged. They settled it 10 days early, and put the money back into my account. I received one more e-mail from the company, at 4:23 this morning, offering me 50%. They are copying the old e-mail, and placing it into a new one. In the last few days, I have received 8 of them offering me 50% return of my money. Nope, I am done with them!!! Now, if they act nice, and want to send me a shipping label, I will gladly send their crap back to them. If not, I will be throwing them in the garbage.

SpottedWolf...You sure have some really nice pictures. You and your wife have done lots of traveling over the years. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I am sorry to hear your wife had a big, and do hope that things are better today. Yum on another great sounding meal. Yes, I see today’s post, and see that she is feeling better. Rob has had pasta lately, so he is good to go.

EllyBl...Yes, the weather sure is bad here today. We had one heck of a storm that hit around 10 PM. Rob slept through it, and I was glad of that. It sure was chilly and super windy there this morning, and glad I have him back into the house now. We had to make that apt, and super glad that we didn’t’ have to go to the hospital, to have that x-ray done.

Liz...It wasn’t quite that cold here this morning, but the wind cut right through to the bone. That jackets we were wearing, just didn’t seem to stop it. Yes, maybe it will warm today, but don’t hold your breath on that one. Yes, we also get a lot of fog, since we are super close to the bay. It’s less than a mile, and that is plenty close enough for me. Thank you, and yes we enjoyed it. Rob isn’t feeling well, but he really enjoyed it. He will get his leftover fish for dinner tonight, so he is happy about that. Yes, I need to get him well enough to not have to be running to the doctor all the time again. The weather is also going to have to warm up some, because I would end up freeing out there right now. lol

Time to scoot!

Good morning everyone.

Well, not much to chat about today.

It's raining but mild out.

The snow is almost gone and I hope we don't get any more.

Not much to do today, I did it all yesterday.

SW, love the pictures once again and am glad your wife is feeling better.

Liz, soon you will have your yard looking like you want it.

Norma, good morning.

Elly, I hate the fog too..so dreary and can't see across the street.

Well, off I go...will check out the challenges and then go sit in my chair.

Bye for now and take care.

hugs xxxx
